Evil Murex snail or rare Pink Nassarius?
I have no idea whether there is such a thing as a pink Nassarius, but this looks to be shaped like a Nassarius if you look at the proboscis, but I've not heard of one with a pink body before.
Should it go back in the tank? ![]() ![]()

I'm leaning towards harmless Anachis sp (Dove snail) at the moment, based on some internet research. Given the time difference means few people are going to be up right now Stateside, I might have to return the little guy to the tank before people wake up again...
