chiller

is a 1/10 chiller big enough for a 75 gal tank

Yes. It will keep it @ 78 degrees just fine. Just be sure to size the pump appropriately.

That should be more than enough unless you have to cool it down alot.

how do they hook up do they have there on pump im look at a jbj on ebay

I ran that size on my 90 with no problems and it hardly ran BUT Before going to the expense of a chiller and the costs to operate have you thought of using fans at all. A good 6" clip on fan can do a fair amount of cooling a tank that size by blowing across the water. Evaporate cooling can do wonders if you don't need to drop the temps much or the tank is just borderline needing a chiller. I had fans on mine and its the reason my chiller hardly ever came on.............

They will also need a dedicated correctly sized GPH pump or other feed source to get the water passed through them at their required amounts

Yeah, a fan in the sump is great. If you don't have a sump, then you can blow the DT instead.

my tank is running 80 with no lights on and 81 to 82 with lights on i have fans and i have glass on the the top of tank

Loose the glass and add a fan. You don't need a chiller.
