What do I Do?

Last night after my anemone split..one half got destroyed in a powerhead..the water is murky and disgusting..i cleaned both powerheads that had left over anemone shreads in them..i am assuming that something is going to spike whether it is the nirates or ammonia..is there anything i can do to prevent my fish from dying off? because im not exactly sure what is going to happen or what needs to be done to prevent more issues..PLease help as soon as you can.. thank you soo much

Do a water change as big as you can and hope for the best.

Do a big change and continue to do smaller changes through the week. You want to pull as much as you can now. Start running carbon as well.
