red slime

hey guys iv had red slim infestation and i cant get rid of it i got phosphate remover and red slime remover and it still is growing ?????

any help

Going to need a lot more info than that. What type of tank? Lights etc? Parameters? Also how much and how often did you use the red slime remover?

was a 10gl with 65 power compact now its a 26gl with 150w Mh and
nitrite is very little
ammonia very little
ph has been up and down from the red slime dosing but its usally around 7.8-8.3
phosphates where high so i put in phosphate super nuker as directed and tested every day till it came down its aroun 10 ppm
red slime remover every other day and still nuthing

any other info need just let me know

how long has the tank been up and running? what is in the tank now

the 10gl was up for 2 months and 3 days in the 26 but i had the red slime in the 10 gl and it just wont leave, 3 mushrooms, 3 fish, gbta and a couple zooanthem polyps frags but all are being over run and killed bye the terror slime

tank is still very new. You should have 0 ammonia and 0 nitrite. you want as little as possible phosphate. do you use RO/DI water? Do you run carbon or GFO? How often do you do water changes? How much flow is in the tank?
As long as you have nutrients to feed the cyano, you will be hard-pressed to ever get rid of it.
