Need "low profile" skimmer suggestions.
I have a ~35g system, with a really tiny area for a sump. I have two spots I could squeese a skimmer into. One of them is 12.5"x7". The other is about 11"x7". Both spots have a ceiling clearance of about 13" The other option would be a HOB skimmer. I wouldn't be willing to have it on my display, but it could be on the sump. In this case, I would be most worried about depth. The skimmer could be any height or width, but the space between the sump and the back of the stand is only around 3". I know there are some very low profile Tunze skimmers out there(the square shape ones). Any specific recommendations are very appreciated
Just looked up the specs of the Tunze DOC 9002 nano skimmer. Would be perfect if it were about 1" shorter. =( Need other suggestions.
