I've heard this can be misidentified, so....
Just confirming that this is a Seaweed Blenny. It is about 1" long, maybe a touch longer
Had no idea the algae was so bad in the corners.... I gotta get on that |

That doesn't look anything like a blenny to me. Interesting. Where did you get it? You can try posting a thread in the Reef Fishes forum to see if anyone in there can give you an ID.

Some looks like a lawnmower blenny to me but does not seem to have the 'eye lashes' and the mouth like it.
