Help me aquascape my 10gal

I previously had what was hardly a minimalist type setup with just 3 fist size rocks lined equal length apart one another, but now added a couple rocks twice the size into the tank. TBH it looks like complete crap. The rocks are just randomly placed and I was wanting to know what some experienced aquascapers would do. They are all pretty much rounded shape with nothing interesting about them. How should I stack them to look good without buying more interesting shaped rock? Should I break the big pieces in half and go from there? Its for my mantis shrimp and only two of the small fist size rocks have coral/macro growing from them. I'll add pictures of the tank if it helps but its really embarassing looking. Thanks.

Here is the tank, the ship will be taken out when I aquascape. The small rock on left and next to it on top left are only ones with permanent gsp/macro/kenya tree. Please help with this Extreme Homemakeover, Reef Edition.

I'd recommend:
1) Getting control of aquarium and taking care of the hair algae as that shows nutrient problems...
2) Get rid of ship
3) Get 10-15 pounds more of rock...

The hair algae hasn't grown since taking it out of the previous 3gal. I honestly wish it would grow more as the mantis loves to hide in it. I can't get more rock as I'm unemployed-out-of-money-in-college. I give up. I'll update if I rearrange it to something worthy of posting a picture of. thx

get rid of ship, then make a large piller rock in the center. then add some sort of crab for your little shrimp as a "sorry for the stress" reward

When you have some money to spare, you can always buy about 10-15 lbs of dry rock from Bulk Reef Supply or similar vendor (a lot cheaper than LR). Just rinse with tap, let air dry, then throw it in. Right now you don't have enough rocks to stack on top of each other.
