4xT5HO would be more than enough for you to grow anything you'd like in a 20. My zoas and LPS are going great in my 29, and I only have 2x65w PC.

I would go with something more reputable myself. Not sure I saw a brand on here. I've been the cheap path before. I always end up spending twice.
