Hey guys just wondering what are your input if i can or cannot support corals using this type of bulbs

my first choice is a 10W Led 20000k 800LM (80Per/W) x 2 80D lenses

and second choice are par 38 27W 4 royal blue 4 10000k 1 65000k bulb with 60D lenses x2 this are 56lm per/w

this is a 30 gallon planning to get it to 10" above the tank and H of tank is 12"
