Placing Tank Against A Wall?
How do you guys deal with placing your tank fairly close to the wall? Do you ever really need to get back there? How far from the wall would you place it given a wide tank that you would not be able to reach behind?

Mine is 3.5 inches from the wall. I can go as close as 2.5 inches till the closed loop and return plumbing touches the wall. I had to get really low profile elbows to do it. Using regular elbows, my tank would be 5 inches from the wall at least. If you can access everything from the front, then there really is no need to keep any space behind the tank.

I have everything running underneath the tank so i just have less than a inch to fit the cords behind for the lights.
