How to connect overflow return to bulkhead?
I have a slip bulkhead that i need to attach to my return pipe. My question is, should I use plumbers grease, PVC glue, etc to attach it? I also have silicon, but i'm not sure i want to put that inside the tank. Please let me know your thoughts.

just slip it down in there, don't use any permanent glue. it's better to be able to remove it later if necessary.
