SPS turning white
Can they be saved or are they gone

really need a photo and tank info/parameters to provide any educated advice, but if they are turning white because the tissue is peeling off the skeleton, it's a pretty serious problem. If the tissue is intact and they are just losing color your chances are better.

Do you have one that's turning white, or are you just asking? As seapug states, it depends. Here is one of mine that's pretty bad from lack of acclimation, and I'm trying to save it.
New: Bleached after 2 weeks: 2 weeks under shade/screen:
