Death to Amptasia

Ok I am so done with these guys, tried pickling them,, leathal injection, scrubby brush and fail FAIL FAAAAIL!! Then a genius moment, as I am laying awake one night these marine tribles entered my thoughts, I could beam then to the clingon starship or.....even less technologically --- headed the next day to harbour frieght and purchased the cheapest soldering iron they have. $6.00 later it's Amptasia-cide at it's finest. And the sound of then sizzling and the steam and smoke that occured was just a bonus. Rock by rock I put then on the fraggin table and fried them. Success,,, I put then back into a holding tank and got the stragglers next day.

Tools... a 25 watt el cheapo soldering iron...

side effect,,, scuds ran away from the hole that i was cooking in, some small round rings of lost coralin algea but its growing back.

Just stay away from the fumes, your body might not like it.
