Par38 or panorama retro's?

Need help deciding which to go with over my next tank (18" cube). Which puts out more Par?

Panorama retros use 1 watt LEDs with a cover that spreads the light, but not optics. PAR 30/38s are usually 3 watt LEDs(sometimes underdriven at 2 watts) and use optics at 40/60/80 degrees that intensify the light. You will be more likely to get more PAR from The PAR 30/38's.
