Water Changes

how often should you do water changes ? I have extremely high nitrates and been trying to get them down but dont wanna stun my corals and fish with alot of water changes per week

If you do water changes with a good salt, mix it well, test for everything, match temp PH, KH, and everything else to ure tank, then u can do more.

in cases like that, I do 10% every other day, for like 3-5 days, but that can be stressfull as well.
