Vertex IN 100 or Octopus 150 NWB?
Which one should I get? I am looking for a skimmer for around $200 for y 57 gallon

I have the vertex in100 on my 75 and it does very well. It is kind of loud, but I don't have doors on my stand. I have the gen 2 and have not had any problems over about 9-10mos of use. Never owned an octopus 150nwb, so I can't make a comparison, but for the price I am pleased with my vertex purchase.
