2 400W 20k Metal Halide - need another Actinic VHO?

I have a 36 inch tank and water level is about 30".

Already have 2 400W MH, should I still need another VHO for Actinic?

You should be able to find a 400w bulb that offers the color you want be it a little more blue or white.
