quiet external pumps

I just bought a home and i am building a bedroom for my wife and I in the basement. After considerable begging I got the ok to build a tank along one entire wall of the room. I am looking for the best external pumps to use for the project. The criteria is max water flow, max head pressure and it MUST BE QUIET! What do you think my best options are?

To Reef Central

If you are looking for a quiet external pump, make sure to check out the Velocity pumps -- they are dead silent, to the point of having to touch them to tell if they are on or now.

With any return pump you will get some back siphon when the power is off -- until the siphon is broke (( check valves are not to be trusted -- it is a matter of when and not if for them to fail ))
