HELP! Bubble in Clowns Lip?!?!

Friend of mine has a maroon clown currently hosting in her BTA. She found him this morning with this bubble in his lip. Anyone have any idea what it could be?!

Tank Params-
Temp: 81
Salinity: 1.025
Ammonia: 0
Trates & Trites: 0

Looks like torn tissue and a fungus or bacterial infection. I'd pull him to qt and treat with Maracyn, which can treat either.

This presents you a problem, however, on returning him to his nem. He'll dive right in on re-entry and be stung to death, because the slime coat will be gone and he won't know it. I'd recommend a slow re-entry, floating him in a basket for a few days to let him calm down and recover the slime coat in the proximity of the nem, possibly pre-treating him with some preparation that stimulates the slime coat before you put him back in.

Salinity 1.024-6; alkalinity 8.3-9.3 on KH scale; calcium 420; magnesium 1300, temp 78-80, nitrate .2. Ammonia 0. No filters: lps tank. Alk and cal won't rise if mg is low.

Current Tank Info: 105g AquaVim wedge, yellow tang, sailfin blenny,royal gramma, ocellaris clown pair, yellow watchman, 100 microceriths, 25 tiny hermits, a 4" conch, 1" nassarius, recovering from 2 year hiatus with daily water change of 10%.
