90 and 45

I change my return pump from external GEN-X 40 to Mag 12 in sump. Yea I should know better. Now I have much less flow. In my return line I have 4 90 elbows < water goes thru chiller>. In one case I can change 90 elbow with 45. In other 3 I can put 45 couple inches of pipe and second 45. You think that will increse flow little? I think it will help a little. Water hits 90 prety hard and must turn 90 degres. With couple 45s flow is more smoth.... What you guys think? Thanks!!!
