Diatom bloom idk y

Ok about a month ago i had to remove most of my rock out of my 75g reef tank and get my purple psuedochromis out because she is horrible with new fish and all the fish in there, I got her out and i put all the rock back in the tank and re aquascaped, leaving my rock out of water for a couple hours would that make a diatom bloom for a couple weeks cause ever since i did it i get diatoms like every other day i clean the gravel. I have done two water changes in a week. I put new t5ho bulbs which are ati bulbs in about two months ago do u think that has to do with anything or is it removing the rock and putting it back in. I have 8 fish in there including, clownfish, 2 yellowtail damsels, 2 chromis, powder brown tang, banghaii cardinal, snow flake eel. I added the powder brown and snowflake eel about three weeks ago. If u wanna know anything else let me know. levels are

Ph 8.3
sg .025
Phos 0
Nitrates 0
nitrites 0
amm 0
alk 10dkh
mag 1300
cal 480

LR being out of the tank for "a couple of hours" not in water is a bad thing and can cause die off of the "live" stuff on, in the rock. if the LR was left in tank water for those couple of hours I dont see it causing a cycle

The rocks being out of water for a couple of hours would probably cause significant die-off, which could cause a diatom bloom
