Skimmer Recommendations for sump or display return line

So i have an older clarity plus tank and sump...and when i say older...well....probably 15 years old. Next time I have to move it, I'm Going to get a new display and probably build a wooden stand to sit around the sump with a new wooden top. I have an Mrc MR-2 but its never really worked correctly, purchased it on ebay with a dolphin pump i can't even recall what the flow rating was but it was in much poorer shape then it was supposed to be, it is a little to large for my sump and running it in the return didn't work right, Ill show you guys my setup and see what you think, It has 6 different compartments in the sump and one of them has a 5 gallon bucket full of cheato with a compact from a nano reef and an old powerhead
140 gallon display and a 100 gallon sump

inside diameter of each section of the sump is 11.5x25.5x23.5 and the opening with the tank on top is 8x11.5

yea that deltec sure is nice but outside my ideal budget at the moment, if i have to go that route i will but trying to avoid spending that by all means did some research last night until i got an earful from the woman right now im down to swc 180, octopus 200, ati powercone, pm bullet 2 and if i really have to the deltec, im skeptical because the footprint sometimes doesn't incorporate the gate valve which was a problem i would have with an mr2, trying to get the best skimmer i can fit without having to buy the most expensive, my tank is mixed reef some softies, couple bangai cardinals, gold strip maroon clown, copperband butterfly, small blue adult angel a blue damsel, and a ton of inverts, the amount of chaeto i have keeps the the nitrates under 10 but the water isn't always clear has detritus that settles in different places, i do have new powerheads on order for the display, and been looking at the reefkeeper elite in my foreseeable future

. BTW How much room is in the sump for the skimmer? Of the ones you mentioned
First two . tHE 180CONE IS GOING TO RUN BETTER. . Now if the choice was CAT1 or 2 against a SWC 180 then that's a hard decision to make . The ATI Powercone is nice but I am unsure if they released it yet due to pump and voltage issues for US models .
