Does this seem like good growth?
This is my first serious attempt at reefkeeping and was just looking for opinions. I am running 2x150w HQI 14k radiums and 2x39w T5HO actinics. I am really looking to dial in my lighting and am just curious if I should change anything.

It's a little hard to tell because some of the pieces have moved, but they do seem a little bigger. 1 month isn't that long but the pieces you have are looking happier.
