Light Fixture Height from tank

I got my 2 Par 38 LEDs from nanotuners all ready to be installed on to a light. I am going to put this attached to a lamp on the wall above my 29G biocube.

The question is, how high should I out these lights? I just got the lamp fixture to attach to the wall and am looking for advice on how high to out this over the tank. These are the 60 optics.
