Does anyone use them? how are they?

They look cool and are certainly retrofittable in a lot of set ups, but I am not sure as to the intensity/PAR. I found on another forum where the manufacturer replied to an email with "they are brighter than T5NO, but not as bright as T5HO. I can't seem to find any real data on them.
