To much flow? 2 evo 14's & 2 1050's(150gal)

I went the "I can buy 4 koralias for around 2 honey bun$!" route, but flow is very very turbulent. Tank is 5x2x2 (150 gal) with around 160 lbs of rock in the display and I'm getting whirlpools around my returns, any suggestions?
