vertex skimmer pumps

Are you able to replace pumps for vertex skimmers with something else? Like sedra pumps or eheims?

it is the same pump as a sedra or a gen-x submersible

I was going to say maybe sedra since euro reef uses that pump and bb are reef octopuss pumps right?

A Bubble Blaster pump is in a whole different class than the poor quality Resun pumps or the Sedra pumps. Eheim pumps are great quality, but you wont get the performance that a BB pump provides.
