Certainly, aquacultured Goniopora are readily available from ORA http://www.orafarm.com/products/hardcoral/other.html

I've got a 2 year old Goniopora Green Coral that's producing 2 - 3 babies a week and I'm trying to find out if there are any special conditions/foods needed to ensure that they live and grow properly. The ones that are larger when they fall off have a much easier time continuing on their own. So far I've made a small acrylic box with several holes to lower flow and keep fish from picking at them. If anyone has been through the trial and error process with this coral I would like to learn from their efforts.

Based on my experience, goniporas are much easier to maintain than they were in the past. Mine seems to tolerate a wide range of parameters and after about 8 months it began developing buds and now I have baby gonies growing next to the mothership. They are a beautiful neon green and when the mother is fully extended it can get to the size of a basketball. The clownfish that adopted it are a little rough at times to the point where they knock the buds off. I believe they view the buds as a parasite and aggressively try to remove them. However, even those the size of the pencil eraser survive on their own.
