Live rock in sump. Lights?
Do I need any light over my rock that's in my sump?

If you don't have (havent bought) any chaeto or other macroalgae, you don't need light. The rock doesn't need light to allow the beneficial bacteria to live on it's surface area.

no but adding a light on the reverse cycle of your normal lights can help stablize your PH =)
