I would also get a few pvc fittings so the fish have a place to hide. and yes you can treat all the fish at once

You said hosptal tank, so I assume treatment for a period of 4-6 weeks. You need to get several things ready, regardless of which treatment you intend to pursue.
You should seed your filter to lessen the need for frequent water changes to keep your ammonia in check. You can take whatever biomedia is in your hospital tank filter and place it in the sump or DT to seed it for a week or so, or you can buy one of those bacteria in a bottle products. I assume that your sick fish are coming from your display tank, so DO NOT use anything else from your display tank, once your treatment has started. Not the water, nets, magfloat, etc, to avoid cross contamination. I would also suggest an ammina disc to warn you if the ammonia is going up, like this product: http://www.fosterandsmithaquatics.co...fm?pcatid=4387 Several PVC pieces as hiding places as noted above. If you chose copper treatment, you'll need to closely monitor the copper levels, so you'll need a copper test kit in addition to the copper medication. This is a MUST. If you chose hyposalinity treatment, you need to closely monitor salinity, so you'll need a refractometer to keep it precisely at 1.009-1.010. This is a MUST. Regardless of the treatment, you need to keep your hospital water level precise, and top off frequently, to maintain a steady state of either copper or hyposalinity. Put a mark on the glass where the water level is, either with a glass marker or masking tape, and pay close attention to it. Good luck!! I had to treat 11 fish all at the same time in a 110 gal hospital tank with hyposalinity. It works!!!
