Exclamation Help plea"se, 90 gallon tank holes cut PVC size bulkheads?

I need professional help no seriously I have a 90 g reef tank I'm cutting holes in, I don't know if I should cut 1" inch holes will 1" PVC and bulkheads fit ? Please let me know I have an internal overflow with 2 1" holes side upper in tank I'm home depot buying PVC now? Please speak your opinions and info, thank you guys and reefers!

So if I understand you, you are looking to drill holes for a 1" bulkhead then you need a 45mm hole bit. This will fit the bulkhead and then you can put 1" PVC into the bulkhead.

Just so I am clear, a 1" bulkhead is talking about the internal diameter(ID) and is much larger in regards to its OD(outside diameter).

1" PVC needs 1.75" hole for a standard sched 40 bulkhead or as above, 45mm.

Guys sorry just realized the holes are 1 3/4 in size what size bulk heads and PVC do I need. I apologize again and appreciate your help!

aqua cave, bulk reef supply, sometimes local LFS have them.

Yeah try an LFS, or online. These are aquarium items. You wont find them at a hardware store.

Yes, if you have a 1.75" hole then 1" bulkheads and PVC.

Does anyone have diagrams of peices needed to make a return and intake? Such as elbow to straight 1"PVC to etc.... ?
