17.4g T5 Light for sps?

Hello everyone! I am setting up an ADA 60p (17.4 gallons - 60cm long x 30cm deep x 36cm high)- it's a small tank but I am drilling it and adding a huge sump for stability! This tank is on my desk with a cabinet, so my light source has to be about 6 inches away from the top of my tank. As a result, I don't think MH is an option for me. First I was considering LEDs but I have heard horror stories about LEDs coloring SPS corals. I wanted SPS in the first place because I thought that their color potential could be well showcased by an ADA tank. Instead of LED, I think I will go with t5 lighting, which I have noticed some people have success with growing nicely colored SPS- ex. Szymon's tank. How many t5 bulbs should I get for this? 4? 6? Also, any suggested brands for fixtures/suggested bulbs? I want it to be a hanging kit instead of one that rests on the tank.

ATI Sunpower in the 4x24w version. I would get the dimmable version if you have the money for it.

For bulbs I would run 3 ATI Blue Plus and 1 ATI Purple Plus.
