Who makes this light?

I bought this metal halide light and for the life of me I can't remember who makes it. Its a 250W metal halide, the ballast has "Brilliant" on it...if that makes any sense.

It's on the Fishneedit.com website but I don't know if that is the brand name. But maybe you can contact them for the actual brand name.
