what bulb combo's do u use to supplement your mh's
on my 125 i have 2-250w pheonix 14 bulbs for my main lighting. originally i had 8-39w true actinic bulbs to supplement with. in my opinion it was way to blue. here is a picture.
i switched the bulbs to this. the photo was taken with a different camera and its not as white as it appears to be. ati-blue plus ati aqua sun special (14k) ati- purple plus ati- true actinic how do u supplement your tanks? |

+1 Shifty
I like using VHO T12 bulbs best myself. I havent seen anything beat the color I get from those bulbs whether it be T5, compact fluorescent, led, etc. Champion has a good variety of VHO bulbs to purchase http://www.championlighting.com/home.php?cat=1300 |
