Where to get a prefilter box?

I am looking to remove my coast to coast and place the box on the outside of the tank. I am wanting to replace the spot where to coast to coast was on the inside of the tank with a prefilter box about 12-24 inches long. Anyone know where I can get one like this? All I have been able to find so far is part of a kit with tons of extra stuff in a package.
