Seachem Purigen filter bag
I just got some Purigen in, but when I rinse some in my filter bag I see it floating in the water and it doesn't seem to stop as I rinse.
Is there a special bag to use? The one I have is a pretty fine mesh one. thanks |

Seachem makes " The Bag ". Its a little expensive, but holds the media better and is resistant to the bleach.

I ordered "the bag" with my Purigen and it works very well. My Purigen still isn't exhausted after over 6 months. Once it is, I will bleach it to regenerate and use it again. Still have undetectable nitrate and it was 30 prior to my use of Purigen.
