Heater?

Would two 200 watt Fluval electronic e-series heaters be enough for my 110 gallon tank?

Do you have a sump? What is total water volume with sump if you have one?

I would think that would be plenty as long as it's not in an exceptionally cool room. I have two 300 watt heaters in my 125 gallon (140 total). I have it programmed that the first heater will turn on when needed and the second one only if heat is still needed 40 minutes after the first heater turns on. It's not too often that the second heater turns on.

Sure, but a pair of Eheim Jagers would be better.....

I also want to add that it would be wise to purchase a temperature controller. Heaters are infamous for having their thermostats stick in the ON position, cooking tanks. A controller should prevent that. But also with two separate heaters it'll be difficult to set both thermostats so they both come on around the same temperature. Without a controller you might otherwise find one heater doing all the work.
