I don't think they come with bulbs so you will need one of those.
Can't comment on the PFO but the sunlight supply is a good fixture.

You can't put a 150w bulb in a 250w fixture. They are difference sizes. I'd recommend just going with a 150w or you will have to raise your 250w. Going with a 250 will also increase heat significantly in a 20gallon.

150watt in a 20 gallon will run it hot i think as well. unless you are like 10 inchs up.

I'd light it with a 150w if it's a 20H, and maybe a 20L. For a 20L, I'd lean towards a pair of 70w MH for more even coveage. It can be done with a single 150, but you have to put it pretty high.
If you plan an upgrade sometime down the road, consider the 250w, but it's definitely not necessary. I tend to think about future-proofing my buys. I'll pick up something a little more than I need if there's a way to throttle it back, just in case I upgrade

Ill check out some 70w halides. I found one hang over the water halide lights 150w would that be ok or make me tank to hot? Oh yeah, will I be albe to grow any coral I want and any anemone I want with a 70w bulb?

Overkill on a 20g. I ran a 150w over my old 20g and it was perfect.
