How to clean inline chiller?

Hi question I owned a aqua logic 1/3hp inline chiller for about 2 year and I have never clean this thing up, what will be the best way to clean the coils that are encase inside the pvc pipe, any suggestions?

I am getting ready to clean mine. this is what I to do. get a 5g bucket and a pump to pump water from the bucket into the chiller back to the bucket. put some bleach in the bucket let it run over night. then change water. use new water with some vinagar run over night. change water add some Dechlorinator let run for 30 min. hook back and that is it.

I own an Artica and I just run water thru the outlet and out of the inlet for 30 minutes every 6 months.
