Need help identifying this thing

Hi there, I am new to saltwater fish tanks and I am just taking things one thing at a time as I learn.

My tank is a 28 gallon tank and I am trying to set up a reef tank long term.

As of right now, my tank just finished the cycle process this weekend. I still have the 3 damsels I used to cycle it and am going to wait a few weeks to really be sure it's stable before I try to add new fish. (I go to the local fish store 2-3 times a week and they test my water and help me with any questions.)

In the meantime I bought some live rock and there are so many things living in/on it that I have been having a fun time trying to figure out what they all are. Most of the time when I can't figure out what something is I call my local fish guy and describe what I am looking at and he always knows.

This particular thing he doesn't, so I thought I would throw up a picture and see if I could get some help. I have read a ton of different forums and looked at pictures but still can't seem to figure out what this is so I hope I am doing this right and haven't posted it wrong or something.

Anyway here it is.

It's that thing with the tentacles or arms in the very middle of the picture. It's mostly white with some red stripes. It holds those arms out for a bit and then one by one when they get things on them it pulls it's arms into it's mouth and then rinses/repeats.

The filter feeding cucumber seemed to be correct. I've never actually seen the body of this guy as it's down in the rock. Only the tentacles stick out.

It's been there almost a year now just doing it's thing.

Ihartz, ty so much! You rock, that is exactly what the tentacles look like and I know I have at least 2 because I have seen them open at the same time. I'm going to do some research now that I know what they are!
