95 degree live rock
I remodeled the room I had my tank in, so I took down the tank and put my live rock in a bin with a power head running on it to keep it alive until I set the tank back up. My problem is the tank still isn't up for a couple more weeks and the temp in my garage has been up to at least 100 degrees last week during a heat wave. Is my rock still live and ok to stick back in my tank? I have done water changes on the rock, what do you think?

I think it will be fine. Rinse it well with NSW.

Well if the temp got over 95 degrees in your tub, I would have to believe there was some die off, maybe not everything, but I would leave it sit for 2-3 weeks, doing frequent water changes before I put it in my display.
