Question overflow return line

hey guys i was wondering if it will be ok for me to replace the 90 elbow with a T and have the black swivels come out and each side of the overflow box instead of just one side? thank you for your time.

You can do that, but the velocity of the flow will be less if both outlets are the same size as the original one. What's your reason for changing it?

it looks ugly to have the duel nozzles coming out of one hole. i think it looks better with one nozzle on each side.
