Help picking Return pump. ASAP

I need a return pump for my 30 gallon frag tank. It needs be pretty powerful because it needs to run my UV and also split into my refuge.

I'm running a external pump right now but I hate how noisy it is. So whats a good in sump pump thats quiet that will get the job done?

I would advise you think about using the Ehiem 1250 or 1260... reliable and quiet. IMO....

I just purchased a waterblaster 7000 based on some excellent reviews I read. I have read that the waterblaster pumps are very efficient and pretty quiet as well. A waterblaster 3000 or 5000 would probably work well for you.
