New.....or so.

Hello to everybody!

I´m new in this adventure...but with several ages of experience in freshwater aquaria.....in private life and also some of them as a professional. I work in an aquascaping shop in Madrid, Spain and...why not trying with a saltwater one at home. So here i am.

I own a 21 gallons, handmade, with 36 watts LED lamp, also handmade, 10.000 and 14.000 K. I use a 1000 L/H EHEIM pump just to recirculate water by some stages at the back and a Turboflortor 500 skimmer and 7 kg of Fidji premium rock.

It has been ciclyng for two and a half months, and it has the very first (bought) inhabitants: discossoma and a frag of blastomussa (working it with patience)

Ph 8.3
KH 11
Ca 460mg/l (rising)
Mg 1380mg/l (rising)

I use Aquavitro salt and additives.

I want to apologize for my (maybe not so) bad english and....i dont know common names (neither in spanish), i just work with scientific names (that´s what i learn at the university)

I will have decent photos of mi nano in a few days...by now, one of a Hippocampus reidi from work.

Thank you for everything

A huge to RC!

No problems understanding your english. It's far better than many native speakers here in the US
