Got paint on HOB filter return
So I thought I had masked everything important off when I went to paint my AC120 black...wrong! The under part of the return lip of the filter (which will dip into the tank) has paint on it. Scraping seems to be ineffective and I don't know if paint remover would be a good idea...
Any ideas? I even thought of buying some silicone and just making a layer over the paint to seal it in. Thanks!

What kind of paint did you use? I have some pvc pipes in my tank that are painted with Krylon and it holds just fine.
