Anyone heard about these LED fixtures?

They are found at this location. I have no financial or other interests.

the website has only an email. i wish to see some pics if anyone has contacted them. i would not be contacting them myself because it sounds like scammers who called themselves designers in making 6 figure fake reef tanks for the rich and famous, lol

I have the Reeftech Promiteus lights. I am pretty pleased with them. They do everything I need and more. Great bright lighting, wide illumination footprint and good software interface.. I have 4 lights daisychained together on my 480G display. They act as one large fixture dimming from east to west so that it mimics a natural sunrise and sunset.

The lights you linked to look to be a larger version of what I have. Definately a new design that appears to be well suited for larger tanks.

As Ethan mentioned, there are a few LA Fish Guys episodes covering the installation of the lights on my tank. I also covered it extensively in my build thread.

Reeftech is a good company and I am pretty pleased with the service I have gotten from them. I managed to screw a fixture up and Rafal was very supportive in getting me the parts I needed to get it back on line. Not only that but they even sent parts to update all the fixtures control boards to the latest ones.

They have gone through some growing pains as a number of people were waiting for them to hit the market and as with any new product, there were delays. Some people were pretty frusterated. I was patient and it was worth it.
