Im sorry, i have a 175gal DT and a 25gal sump.

A and B-Balance

I know everyone tells me just to add a cap full a week but how many ML should i add per week?

What are your levels with just water changes alone? You might want to run a test. Stop dosing, test the day before you do a water change, the day after, and then again the day before. This should give you an idea of what's going on in your tank. Additives might not be needed right now.

That's what i wanted to hear. All of the LFS's around here just tell me "oh dont worry just add a cap full a week". Ill definitely do the tests first. I just did a water change so i will wait until the next one to see whats going on.
