How deep do LED's go?
Hey everyone! I am wanting to use this http://www.rapidled.com/servlet/the-...ium-LED/Detail light setup on the wifes 55 hex, but the tank is about 24 inches deep (I think) and I was curious how deep is to deep for LED's. She wants a nem for her clowns. Thanks for everyone's help!

with optics there is really no limit at all. if you say the tank dimensions and how high you want the LED's off the surface, people might be able to recommend specific optics for you.

Go to my home page and you will find an LED summary that will answer many questions. It is a little dated, but generally still correct.
