Exclamation Majestic Angel with an Imperator angel?

So can a majestic angel a little bigger than my juvenile imperator angel go together? I've seen people have adults together in large 300g or so tanks but that's with a bunch of other large angels. My idea was to find out if they can go together and then adding a majestic that is a little bigger than the imperator because the imperator is more aggressive.

Good idea?

If you are talking about keeping them in a 90g then neither fish would work out long term. You need a much larger tank because both of those angels get very big. I think LA lists a 180g for the majestic and a 220g for the emperor.

Is this the supposed 300g you have with the sharks? Angels and sharks are a no-no. The angels peck at the sharks' eyes.

Tank size aside...with that said, better get the majestic eating well and established in the DT before reintroducing the juv emperor otherwise the majestic will most likely starved to death. I've had 2 juv emps over the years and even at juv stage they tend to be aggressive toward shy fish and new additions never gets a chance to settle in.
