RIP Thing 1

It was a sad morning today. I woke up this morning to go to work and like i do everyday, I have a look at my tank and take a moment to see all my sleeping beauties. It's my final relaxation before a long filled day of one profanity removed show after another. As i turned to walk out the door i saw thing 1, my convict blenny dead on the floor. So now thing 2 has lost its friend and has all this digging to do on its own. Am i able to buy another convict to replace Thing 1 or do they have to be a mated pair.
